Attendance Policy

Attendance is one of the key factors for learners to acquire the required skills. Al Faisal International Academy ensures accurate tracking of trainee attendance throughout the course.

📌 Attendance in Online Training

Synchronous online attendance refers to a student's virtual presence on the learning portal or virtual classroom using a computer or mobile device. Watching a recorded session does not count as attendance.

📚 Development Courses (Less than 30 Days)

• Student data is registered after identity and qualification verification.
• Maximum number of participants: 25 trainees.
• Attendance is recorded manually and electronically.
• Notification at 10% absenteeism.
• Denial of certification at 20% absenteeism.

🎓 Qualification Courses and Diplomas

• Attendance is recorded only at physical academy locations, except in exceptional cases.
• Notification at 10% absenteeism.
• Denial of exams at 20% absenteeism.
• Students absent for three consecutive weeks are considered withdrawn or barred.
• Course deletion is possible within two weeks of the training period.
• Full withdrawal is allowed before half of the training period.
