  • Misuse of Academic Assistance: Exploiting a colleague’s work without their knowledge.
  • Fabrication and Falsification: Altering or fabricating information in an exam or assignment.
  • Impersonation: Pretending to be someone else in a course or exam.
  • Multiple Submissions of the Same Work: Submitting identical work in multiple courses without permission.
  • Unfair Advantage: Accessing exam materials before the scheduled time.

Measures Taken to Prevent Violations

  • Encouraging trainers to diversify assessment methods.
  • Trainees found to have violated integrity procedures in either taking tests or submitting assignments will be penalized with a zero grade for the test or assignment.
